Job Description - Elf and safety

Job description to be confirmed, but this role is to oversee the Health and Safety aspects of the event.

It involves ensuring that appropriate risk assessments are conducted before the event, making sure that all theme camps and art are following the rules and are not going to kill anyone, that we don't overfill any one space, that fire exits are clear, and much more besides.
