Job description to be confirmed, but this role is to act as a "duty manager" / co-ordinator during the event on the night.

You need to be sober to do this job!

It involves being on call throughout the event, to cover off any issues that arise and ensure that everything is running smoothly.

You need to be a capable project manager, and preferably with experience at running large scale events.
