get involved and be part of the decom magic.

London Decom runs on volunteers, creators and dreamers. There are many ways to get involved, before the event, on the day or all year round.

Everyone, absolutely everyone on the team is a volunteer, from the greeters at the gates to the artists and DJs, from the theme camps and web team to the humans dedicated to your welfare and safety.

How radical
participation works.

When you volunteer you become a part of the the magic, make new friends, and leave knowing that you made it happen.

You can volunteer before the event, on the day, only for a few hours or all year round.

Got an idea we didn’t consider, or more to give? Contact us, and we’ll help make your dreams a reality.

We publish here the open applications for everything we need before the event, but once you’ve become a member and bought your ticket you’ll see an option to sign up for volunteer shifts for the event day, an essential part of the London Decom experience.

Apply for a welfare shift, a ranger shift, a gate shift, or become a legend and sign up for strike!
